Creeaza o cerere de plata:** Selecteaza **[Payments \> Withdraw](https://businessleague.2performant.com/affiliate/payments/withdraw)**  **2. Selecteaza un [profil de plata](https://support.2performant.com/ro/hc/en-us/articles/115003981607-cum-creez-un-profil-de-plata-?hsLang=ro)** (pe care l-ai creat anterior) **3. Selecteaza suma pe care doresti sa o retragi** – poate fi intreaga suma din soldul tau sau mai putin. Atentie: platforma completeaza automat intreaga suma din sold, dar campurile sunt editabile. In cazul in care doresti sa retragi mai putin, poti edita pur si simplu suma. *Te rugam sa ai in vedere ca exista un comision de **11.22 euro pentru transfer bancar si 2 euro comision operational.*** ***![paymentw](https://support.2performant.com/hs-fs/hubfs/paymentw.png?width=688&height=309&name=paymentw.png)*** **4. Creeaza factura** – vezi instructiunile de mai jos: **Genereaza o factura in propriul tau sistem de facturare** pentru suma mentionata in campul "***Amount you need to invoice***" (asa cum este afisat in imaginea de mai sus), cu urmatoarele detalii: - **Datele companiei tale:** - Nume companie - Adresa companiei - Cod TVA - Numar de inregistrare - **Numar si data factura** **Nota importanta** – Factura trebuie sa aiba data cererii de retragere (aceeasi luna si an) - **Datele de facturare ale 2Performant:** - Nume companie: SC 2Performant Network SA - Adresa companiei: Bd. Corneliu Coposu 6-8, cladirea Unirii View, Etaj 2, (biroul) ResCo-working09, Sector 3, Bucuresti, Romania - Cod TVA: RO 26405652 - Numar de inregistrare: J40/493/2010 **5. Finalizeaza cererea de retragere:** - Incarca factura ta (PDF) si creeaza cererea de retragere. - Te rugam sa te asiguri ca suma facturata este exact aceeasi cu suma din cererea de retragere („**Amount you need to invoice**”) – Verifica intotdeauna inainte de a trimite cererea. - Bifeaza ultima casuta si apasa pe „***Create a withdraw request***”. **6. Confirmare de plata:** In fiecare saptamana, **miercuri**, verificam toate cererile de plata facute intre miercurea trecuta si marti. ✅ Daca totul este in regula cu sursele de trafic si factura este corecta, plata ta va fi procesata joi. ⚠️ Daca cererea este respinsa, vei primi un email cu motivul respingerii. **Toate platile se fac in fiecare joi.** Daca este implicat un transfer bancar, tine cont ca poate dura 3–5 zile lucratoare pentru procesarea transferului de catre banca. De asemenea, te rugam sa retii ca daca factura depaseste 10.000 euro, plata se va face in transe, fara a depasi 10.000 euro per transa.
