      2Performant provides an internal messaging system designed for a better dialogue between advertisers and affiliates. You can find this option in the Messages section from your account.

      Advertisers can inform affiliates about any major changes made inside the program, from new tools added to commission changes.

      From this interface we recommend you to send messages with:

      • promotions,
      • marketing directions
      • products or category of products that are best sold
      • any marketing data relevant for an effective promotion.
