2Performant offers, in the interface (accessible after logging in), an internal messaging section for a better communication between affiliates and advertisers.

This is available in the Messages area.

You can also contact the advertiser directly from the My Merchants section, regardless of your collaboration status.

Also, if you navigate to a program's page from the Merchant Ranking section, you can send a message to the advertiser, regardless of whether you are part of the program or not.
