How to edit my account information?

Editing Your Account Information: A Guide to Making Changes

There are several ways where your account information can be edited.

  • From your Account settings section (top right corner), you can change the account's general information such as the login email address, along with your password, name, contact phone number and the subscription to our newsletter.
  • In the option of My Profile you will find details of your program that are public displayed. You can go trough the pages About, Traffic Sources, Stats, Promotions, Highlights. From the same page, top right corner you can find a button for Edit Profile. 


  • To change your billing profile, navigate to the Billing -> Profile section. From here you can view your company information and if changes are required, please contact your 2Performant representative. From the same page you can also add multiple email addresses in order to receive your invoices and payment notifications (for example, if you want the invoice to go directly to the accounting department).

  • From the Settings -> Program settings section you can edit more of your account's information, such as:

1. Commission (with admin moderation),
2. Cookie Life (with admin moderation),
3. Approval Time (with admin moderation),
4. Currency (with admin moderation),
5. Name of your affiliate program (with admin moderation),
6. Program Category (with admin moderation),
7. URL of the affiliate program (with admin moderation),
8. Logo (with admin moderation),
9. Selling Countries,
10. Program description (with admin moderation),
11. Terms of Service for your affiliate program (activation and admin moderation),

In Settings you can also access Advanced Settings  from where you can manage the following:

1. Marketer approval message -> you can configure a message that will be send out to new affiliates joined/accepted in the program

2. Affiliate auto-approval (activation) -> on/off it will allow to automatically approve new affiliates into the program if they will join. 

3. Verified IPs - ignored IPs for affiliate traffic -> it is a list that can accommodate static IPs from your business in order to avoid registering conversions from your employees (ex.: call-center)
4. Redirect Parameters -> add parameters to be used for analytics tools for results measurements. 

5. User key header - > This value will be used by the merchant when making API requests to api.2performant.com/users/sign_in endpoint.
