What to Do If Your Voucher Is Not Working or Your Order Was Not Shipped?

My voucher is not working, what should I do?

If your voucher is not working, you can contact the store directly through the platform's messaging system.

Go to Influencers > My Collaborations , open the campaign you were accepted into, and look for the envelope icon in the top right corner. Click on it to send a message directly to the store through the platform.

I placed my order but the store did not ship it, what should I do?

If you placed your order using a working voucher but the store has not shipped it or the order was cancelled, please contact the 2Performant team at support@2performant.com. We will look into the situation and guide you on the next steps.
